Hovering over the fields in the Component drop down menu only displays the Component title not the description

      One could hover over the various fields in the Component drop-down menu to see the description in JIRA 4.0. Now in JIRA 4.2 the hover just displays the Component title, which is completely redundant. The hover should display the description, as previously.
