com.atlassian.jira.event.listeners.cache.IssueCacheListener is not removed

    Description

      After a restore of JIRA 4.2 backup to JIRA 4.3, the com.atlassian.jira.event.listeners.cache.IssueCacheListener stay in defined Listener, but seems to be no more used/provided with JIRA 4.3.

      ClassNotFoundException are raised perdiocally.
