Applying changes when Administrator Sessions expires loses form data

Steps needed to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Navigate to a page from the admin requiring Administrator Access such as 'User Directories'.
2. Authenticate to generate 'Administrator Sessions' and let session expire while on the page.
3. Enter some data into forms and submit the page.
4. Administrator Access authentication page is displayed, but info provided in the forms is lost!

The applicators should either preserve the form content or execute/apply the change when user re-authenticate. Similar functionality already exists for preserving comments and info entered in the transition screens when user session expires.
