1. Goto an issue
2. Start typing something into the comment box at the bottom of the page (don't submit)
3. Open the log work dialog.
4. Try and submit some work. You will be presented with the famous "dirty form warning".
5. Click "Stay on Page".
6. (BUG) The dialog is left open even though we have created the worklog entry. The "log" button is disabled. You can only cancel out of the dialog.

I would expect that we behave better. Specifically, I would expect the dialog to close and a message to be displayed saying that the worklog entry was created but is not being displayed. Maybe something a little simpler would also be better.
