Problem Definition

It's currently quite cumbersome to copy an individual comment in Jira without resorting to mouse-dragging or shift-selecting with the keyboard.

Suggested Solution

It would be awesome if each comment included a copy icon (beside the permalink / delete icons), that copied the contents of the comment to the clipboard OR
A keyboard shortcut was available to copy the contents of the currently select comment.
