Steps to reproduce

1. Create an issue using Firefox (3.6.13)
2. Click on "Browse" on attachment field and select a file
3. The upload path is displayed in the attachment field
4. Click on browse again and cancel
5. The existing path still remain

Finding

1. There is no way to cancel the attachment if user change their mind
2. This is actually a known bug in Firefox as stated in bug report below:
   • https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=431098
3. This does not happen to other browser such as IE 8 and chrome 8.
4. This problem doesn't occur in JIRA 4.2 or above due to the UI improvement done since JIRA 4.2

Workaround

• Upgrade to JIRA 4.2 or above
• Use other Browser
• Cancel the issue creation/editing screen and do it again.
