Dropdown list for Select List custom field does not show full string length in IE 7 and IE 8

      Here are the following steps on how to reproduce this bug:

      1. Create a new custom field of Select List type
      2. Inside the option, fill in any long string value
      3. Using IE 7 or IE 8, during issue creation, clicking on the dropdown of Select List custom field will give you the following result:

      This problem does not happen in Firefox. In addition to that, this problem does not occur in previous JIRA versions (JIRA 4.0.x and JIRA 4.1.x).
