If an issue has an archived Affects or Fix version, cloning the issue fails.
The issue is not duplicated but instead gets clone links from and to itself.

There is no warning to the end user that something is wrong with the issue.

Reproduce (100%):

• Create an issue and set the affects version
• Archive the release set in the affects version
• Try to clone
• Same issue will be shown with relations to itself
