Some users report the following error when using JIRA with IE7 and IE8:
Raphael is null or not an object. com.atlassian.auiplugin:asj.js line 440
This seems to be restricted to a small subset of users for a given JIRA installation (i.e. it does not affect all users). Atlassian has so far been unable to reproduce the problem, but the probable cause is this Raphael bug, which is fixed in Raphael v1.4.5 but not in v1.4.4, the version shipped with JIRA.
