Our managerial tester has requested the ability to view all changes made for a particular project e.g. with each reassignment, closure, opening of a JIRA for a specific project created in the JIRA system. Currently this would be notified via email only to the persons raising/assigned/closing the 1 relevant JIRA.

Please advise how this is possible.
