      Label Type Custom Field Return Broken Encoding in the Simple Search When Searching For Labels That Contain Umlaut. To replicate this problem:

      1. Create a custom field type Labels since this does not affect the default Labels field in the issue
      2. Create an issue and label it as "Hühnchen".
      3. Go to Issue Navigator and search the issue using the "Hühnchen" parameter in the created Labels type custom field.
      4. JIRA will return the correct issue
      5. The Labels type custom field will not have "Hühnchen" in the parameter. Please refer to the screenshot below:
