Description
The smart query functionality in JIRA quick search misbehaves when smart query tokens (e.g. 'v:version.x.y') are enclosed by ordinary (not recognized as smart) query tokens and white space characters.
Examples:
- a quick search query: 'blah r:user blah' will result in a JQL query: '(summary ~ "blah blah" OR description ~ "blah blah" OR comment ~ "blah blah") AND reporter = user'
- a quick search query: 'blah v:version.x.y blah' will result in a JQL query: '(summary ~ "blah blah" OR description ~ "blah blah" OR comment ~ "blah blah") AND affectedVersion in ("version.x.y")'
This does not seem right, probably the above queries should be interpreted as non-smart.
