Time Tracking Original Estimate shouldn't be editable

Hello Guys,

Just discovered this little bug on a support case.

To reproduce the error (that could be avoidable by don't allowing users to edit the Original Estimate after the task is created):

• Create a task, and set the Original Estimate to any value... say '8h'.
• Log work, and log a value greater than the original Estimate... say... '10h'
• Since the time tracking does not make sense anymore, we need to re-set the remaining estimate... however, if a user instead re-sets the Original estimate, the whole time tracking does not make sense anymore.

I've noted that the Original Estimate could not be editable in JIRA 4.1.2: there, you could edit the remaining estimate instead, which makes sense.

Please let me know if you guys need any more info.
