Browser vertical scrollbar behavior for frother controlled fields having large values is not perfect in IE 7.0

      Steps:
      1. Login to JIRA.
      2. Click "Create Issue" link and select JIRA.
      3. Tab to "component" field and press down to view all options.
      4. Click on browser vertical scrollbar to check all options. First time its, try again or watch attached video.

      Result:
      1. It always try to keep focus back on "Component" input box.

      The bug is result of http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-23183
