Tab view of issues show fields of multiple tabs with IE 8

Since using version 4.2.2 we have the problem, that the tab views in the issues do not show the correct fields when using IE8. If you click on a tab, fields of multiple tabs are shown in the same tab and it looks like the field tabs got pasted one after the other.
This effect can only be reproduced with IE8. It works fine with Firefox 3.6.3 so far.

I found some correlating bugs for older versions of Jira which should be fixed since 4.2., but it looks to me that there is still a problem.
