A huge number of filters causes the Manage Filters page to become slow and unresponsive

Tested Browsers: Firefox 3.6.13 , IE 8.0.7600.16385

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create or Generate > 400 filters.
2. Navigate to Issues> Manage filters, Click on Favorite and My tab respectively

Results:
Firefox

1. Unresponsive error pop out (image below) after few seconds (~5s).
   
   #firefox works normally few seconds (~5s) after click continue.

IE 8

1. Unresponsive error pop out (image below) after few seconds (~5s).
   
2. Warning keep popping out if continue to run the script (Click no) and UI is non responsive and unclickable.
