Browser stop due to unresponsive script with large number of items in Autocomplete field renderer

When you have lots of Versions into a project, it may throw an "Unresponsive Script" in the user browser because the browser isn't being able to render the script.

This happens when you click to expand the drop down menu at Fix and Affected Versions for example.

One possible workaround would be instead of trying to expand the content, just start typing part of the version text.
