Improve layout of Projects gadget on Dashboard

    Description

      Currently the layout of the Projects gadget on the dashboard looks old-fashioned and different to other lists on the dashboard.

      I suggest to change the layout a little bit. Please have a look at the attached screenshots.

      This can be done with little changes in the CSS of the Project gadget.
