New issues to be assigned depending on issue type created

We are missing an option to automatically assign new issues to certain project members depending on the issue type that was chosen.

Currently you have 3 options:

• all new issues are assigned to the project leader
• new issues are assigned to the component leader (if a component was chosen)
• new issues remain unassigned

We currently have two "project leaders" per project, one for Test Management(Bugs,..), one for Requirements Engineering(New Feature, Improvement,..).
I don't see another option right now than to choose one of them as project leader that has to assigne all issues not belonging to him to the other one.

It would be great to be able to choose more than one project leader and assinging each of them one or more issue types that will be auto-assigned to them
when a new issue of the assigned issue type is created.
