There's no scroll bar for the versions and components list in create and edit issue screen (there's scroll bar in JIRA iFrame for the lists in workflow transition screens).

      There's no scroll bar for a long list of versions or components in create or edit screens but there's the scroll bar in JIRA iFrame during transition e.g. resolve issue for the lists.
