Filter-specific column layouts

      Add the ability for the owner of a filter to define a specific custom field layout for that filter. This layout would start from the existing user's column layout, and then could be customised.

      We would need to persist the column layout in the filter's XML view, and provide methods in SearchRequest to get /set the column. Resetting a filter's columns to the 'default' would presumably reset them to the user's default columns.
