Priority field in sub-task quick create form does not respect global default

When you add the priority field to the jira.subtask.quickcreateform.fields property in WEB-INF/classes/jira-application.properties, it does not respect the global default priority. This is particularly annoying since it defaults to the highest priority since that's the first item in the list.
