Description
in any given ticket, using IE8. the user...
- chooses "Attach Screenshot" and the window "pops up"
- clicks "paste" to add the image
- click "Attach" button
The Attach Screenshot window closes
The user is then presented with an error screen back in their main browser window.
Depending on what they have loaded into their IE8 browser, they may see a 404 error or a fancier version if they have different error display settings or a google gadget active. (see attached screenshot)
The work around is to refresh the page. They then go back to their jira issue and see that the screen shot did get attached.
At this time, we have 3 users reporting this issue as a consistent problem.
