The "Created vs Resolved Chart" gadget for JIRA 4.1.2 failed to be rendered properly when adding it as external gadget to another instance. After configuring two instances using either Trusted Application or OAuth, the external instance filter/project can be picked when configuring the gadget, but the gadget failed to be rendered properly in the dashboard, as shown in the screenshot below:
