Zip attachment containing Korean and Cyrillic characters as File Name Unable to Show Properly

      We found issue about zip file attachment havning files of korean title like below screen.

      Richie Gee: I have a customer has encountered the similar problem from Cyrillic letters and it seems that there are problem during encoding the zip content.
      So I believe this issue does not only affects Korean but looks like some other languages as well.
