      Hello,

      When I wanted to look for issue summary containing word "Rückversicherung"
      I got correct results when using
      Rückversicherung
      Ruckversicherung
      Ruckv*

      but no results when looking for

      Rückv*

      It looks like there is a problem with umlaut and wildcard character combination
