Editing a long text field appears to be cut off in Change History using IE 7

Here are the following steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Create a sample issue in a project
2. Create 2 Free Text Field custom field
3. Put in a very long link and/or long text into first Free Text Field custom field
4. On the second Free Text Field custom field, add any link/text
5. Then, click on 'Edit' issue
6. Make changes to the second Free Text Field custom field by adding a longer link/text
7. Save the changes
8. Click on 'Change History' issue tab
9. On the "New Value" section, the long text for the second Free Text Field custom field seems to be cut off only in IE 7

I have tested it with IE 8 and Firefox and I was not able to reproduce this problem. This problem does not seems to happen in JIRA 4.2 even though using IE 7.
