So I'm starting out with JIRA. I create some users. What groups should they be in? I go to the Group Browser page. I see jira-developers and jira-administrators. What are these? I look for tool tips by mousing over them. Nothing. I look for a help button or link on the page. Nothing.
This is not a good online help user experience.
Please take some time and bring JIRA up to best practices in the area of online help.
