{code} tags should not strip any whitespace or carriage returns whatsoever

The {code} tags in the wiki renderer shouldn't strip any whitespace or make any modifications to the content within the tags at all, but it removes whitespace until the first non-space/carriage return character. The following example should have the first line blank and all the other lines indented the same amount, instead all the whitespace is stripped until the "F" in "First line":

     First line
     Second line
     Third line
