      We currently override com.atlassian.jira.plugin.DefaultPackageScannerConfiguration in Studio and export the following packages to the OSGi container:

      com.thoughtworks.xstream* https://studio.atlassian.com/browse/JST-1931
      com.ctc.wstx.stax.* https://studio.atlassian.com/browse/AGMP-46
      com.mindprod.csv* https://studio.atlassian.com/browse/AGMP-112

      It would be really nice to get rid of this override by either adding this configuration to JIRA by default or come up with an extension mechanism for the export calculation.
