Comment's Icons in the Issue View screen will disappear sporadically in IE7 when mouse hover it

Comment's Icons for Comment Editing, Creating Permlink and Delete Comment will sometimes disappear once mouse hover any of the icon.
This only occur in IE 7 and can't be reproduce in IE 8.
