Is a way to develop a dynamic multi custom field

I would like to have a way to adapt fields in my edit issue page from a value in a select list.

For exemple
I select a value in the select list, it displays two input field (with label)
I select another value in the select list it displays tree input fields (with label)
Another display only one input field
By default no input field are displayed

When I change selected value, the input field values replace the previous in database.

Is it possible ?

It allow me to avoid to create lof of projects with a different edit screen definition and custom fields.
