Currently when you resolve an issue say as a duplicate, you want to also link it to another issue. However you need to do this in 2 actions, either before or after the transition.

We need a system field that can "link" an issue just like the link issue dialog but in field form and hence it can go on a transition screen.

This would basically be all the functionality of the current link issue page.
