This may be expected behaviour. Check the attached video. The things that I see:

1. The expando disappears from the screen.
2. The expando reappears on the screen.
3. The name eventually disappears.
4. The screen looks bad at 1024x768.

You may need to download resize_wierdness.mov locally to get it to play correctly.
