Issues with Filter Results gadget not resizing in IssueNav dialog

Rejecting as the bug is still reproducible in IE7 and IE8 following these steps:

1. Bring up the Issue Nav and perform a new search (not a saved filter) that returns at least 10 issues.
2. Click Views->On Dashboard.
3. Scroll down the issue list till you reach the cog. This works OK.
4. Click on the cog and select Edit.
5. Click on Cancel.
6. [BUG] Scroll down the issue list and notice that the cog is cut off again.

You can also reproduce this in Safari 4 by:

1. Bring up the Issue Nav and perform a new search (not a saved filter) that returns at least 10 issues.
2. Click Views->On Dashboard.
3. Scroll down the issue list till you reach the cog. This works OK.
4. Click on the cog and select Edit.
5. Click on Cancel.
6. Click on the cog again and select Edit.
7. Click on Cancel again.
6. [BUG] Scroll down the issue list and notice that the cog is cut off again.
