1) Go to the issue nav.
2) Scroll horizontally.
3) Hover over a user name that is beyond the original right-hand border of the screen.

In IE7 and FF3.0, the avatar popup appears further left than it should do.

Edit: Retested against 4.2 final, and now it's wrong in every browser.
