It would be really useful to have one of the following features added to JIRA, when creating a new issue :

1) Ability to attach docs to an issue during the create process. Therefore making this a one step process, rather than a two step process (and hence reducing the email notifications generated).

and/or

2) Ability to cut/paste pictures (e.g. screenshots) in to the description section of the issue.
