One of our issues is exhibiting very worrying behaviour as follows:
The penultimate comment is not being displayed. Eg, If we have 5 comments:

c5
The comment c4 does not get shown. If we then add a new comment, c4 appears and c5 dissapears so we get:

No c5! This is causing us lots of grief at the moment because bug fixing audit trails (with things like workarounds) are dissapearing all over the place with no warning!
v2.4.1 has some howling bugs in I'm afraid (see my other recent bug report) - JRA-2272
