      When the items for the operations dropdown are created we add a CSS class of the same name to the item's li. This means a user can inject CSS styles into the dropdown. For example, if you have a workflow transitions called small then this is what you get.

      1. Restore data.xml.
      2. Goto issue HSP-1.
      3. Open the operations dialog.
