The silver-white design scheme is pretty and elegant, but terrible to use. It provides no contrast, and tabs are hardly noticeable. Without focusing hard I cannot find a thing anymore.

The ability to customize the look and feel of the JIRA more or even the ability to use themes would be a great addition.
