Ability to set default assignee on issue type

    • We collect Jira feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

    Description

      In our development departments we have a product owners who is handling all incoming features request and a service managers who is handling all incoming defects in JIRA. It would be great if it in a future JIRA release would be possible to set a default assignee for each issue type.
