Sequenced keyboard shortcuts don't 'mute' other shortcuts assigned to the same key

They keyboard shortcut "p" focuses the next comment on the view issue page.

However, the sequence of pressing "g" then "p" is a global shortcut for navigating to the current issue's project screen. Executing a shortcut sequence like this currently does not prevent a single-key shortcut (whose key forms part of this sequence) from also executing. However, it should.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to the view issue page of an issue that has one or more comments.
      2. Press "g".
      3. Press "p".

      Result:

Both the "twixi" link of the last comment is focused and the current project page is loaded – i.e., actions for both "p" and ["g","p"] shortcuts are executed.

      Expected result:

The twixi should not be focused, but the current project page should be loaded – i.e., only the ["g","p"] shortcut should be executed.
