Excel from issue navigator is not importable into Google Docs or Office Web Apps

      Currently, Excel files generated from Issue Navigator cannot be imported to Google Docs or Office Web Apps, due to conversion issues.

      The generated Excel file seems to have non-standard Excel contents (HTML-like contents). Perhaps due to this, conversions may fail, causing JRA-11255 and in some cases, it displays in OpenOffice Calc as a raw HTML file.
