This improvement should be interesting, in a way to make JIRA work much like some banking sites, that don't have the autocomplete password setting on, regardless of the browser setting.

Also, this should be changeable via admin section, so lower risk instances can benefit from autocomplete, but this shouldn't stop high risk instances from getting this.
