Mac OS X German (both server and client). Safari version attached.

Create a new issue.
Enter an estimated time of 30m.
Save the issue.
Edit the issue. The estimate will be displayed as 0,5h. Note the comma, which is the decimal separator for german locales.
Try to save the issue. Jira will complain, and it can be saved by manually changing the comma to a period: 0.5h
