When accessing an issue view or issue navigator view (printable) and the user was logged out and gzip compression was enabled, the browser would simply show garbage characters. Basically the server doesn't respond with the correct "Content-Encoding: gzip" headers and so the browser would simply render the gzip stream in the browser.
