Backlog order editing in the "open" dialog opens in the main issue in the background

    Description

      Hit "Open" on an issue. The open dialog comes up and the "Backlog Order" field has an edit button - If I click on it, the edit icon disappears and the backlog order editor appears in the background behind the dialog
