    Description

      When I click on a web link to some issue, I'm invited first to log in JIRA. Login window gives error, please see enclosed screenshot,
      proposing to contact administrator. However there is nothing behind the link.
      Actually, regardless of the error message, I'm logged in: If I click on web link second time, the relevant issue is opened in web browser.
