Windows Installer doesn't startup application

If users decides to install a Windows service (recommended) for JIRA installed from the exe installer and tick ON the option to launch the application in a browser, (s)he is exposed to this bug.

Despite that the installer configures a Windows service for JIRA it doesn't start the application up.

Finally, when user clicks 'Finish' browser is launched. However since JIRA is not running, the browser produces error 'The webpage cannot be displayed' or something similar

Despite that is a relatively small bug, it may confuse ppl. They expect the application to startup and may not be aware of the backend service problem.
