Heatmap for Jira labels doesn't use custom field contexts properly

There is a problem when custom field Labels has defined multiple context.

Steps to reproduce:

• Have JIRA with projects AAA and BBB and some issues with labels in project AAA
• Go to Custom field configuration for custom field Labels
• Define context for custom field Labels as follows:
  Context one: Project: AAA, Issue type: All
  Context two: Project: BBB, Issue type: Bug
• Visit project screen for project AAA, tab Labels and click on link Labels (to display heatmap of labels)
• The urls on heatmap labels point to Issue search however the JQL contains "... AND issuetype = 1" (Bug). That should be a case only in project BBB and not AAA
